Bike had 23,137 miles Tire has on a educated guess of 7-32nd tread depth. Not worn uneven dry rot or weather cracked. Wheel hub assembly, bearings need to be cleaned and repacked with wheel bearing grease. Aluminum would polish up nicely. Please check pictures for your own condition conclusion.
