Honda CB400F 400 Four 400/4 wheels, complete, original DID rims PRICE CUT

  

This is a pair of original wheels for a 1970s Honda CB400F, 400/4, 400 Four or however you like to dub it. They are in surprisingly good condition.

There is some small surface corrosion on the rims, and some specks on some of the spokes, which would easily be polished off. The chrome and spokes are best described as'dull'. However, they bear the original DID rims (yes, with the DID stamp between the spokes) and they are certainly in good enough condition to be rechromed.

So many original rims now are too heavily pitted and corroded to restore: these aren't. They also come complete with everything you see: speedo drive and front disc, rear brake assembly, both axles, rear sprocket, chain adjusters etc etc. What you see in the pictures is what you get. You also get what looks like a new or nearly-new pair of Heidenau tyres. Not my favourite choice, but what the hell. Axles and spacers are a tenner a wheel. Or, if you have a bike that's on the road and you don't want to have it off the road while your existing wheels are being rebuilt, you can keep it on the road while you have these re-done.
